This was a design idea for the previous classroom project. Circles were used so that the design flowed with the rest of the playground.

OMG! Im terrible at remembering to update this!

Ok. So. Its been a while! Not much going on. Still updating a few projects so they can eventually be put into the portfolio. I've been doing some painting and commissions, I am also working on another school project (fingers crossed this one works out!) The school wants a sensory themed playground. Got a few ideas but I am still in the thinking stage. My printer/scanner no longer works so it's kind of difficult to show my sketches :( R.I.P. my dearest piece of machinery. Will try and take some pictures with my camera, which is probably feeling neglected at the moment! In the process of making a Sketchup model of the school. I haven't been able to visit the site as its a project that is being sponsored by a company my mum works out, I am just helping to design. (Measurements would be lovely right about now ><) So, I shall update soon with some pics :)

About time I used this!

Its been a while since my first and last post =S Unfortunately the school classroom project didn't work out with the other person but I have continued doing work for it anyway. Lately i've been looking at old projects trying to update them for my portfolio such as a bootcamp I designed in my 2nd year of Spatial Design. At the time we werent suppose to use any CAD work to assist in the design so i've now put one of the buildings in sketchup, theres still a bit of work to be done but its getting there. I have also spent alot of time redoing my portfolio as it wasn't working out on sheets. Luckily I found Blurb booksmart, takes a while to get the layout right on each page but its looking good so far! Anyway here is the sketchup model so far of the bootcamp.

My First Post!

Hello!
As my website is no longer 'active' (yet still accessible woohoo!) I have decided to start blogging again. A friend was offered the chance to design an outdoor classroom and performance space for a local primary school and asked if I wanted to be part of it which is awesome. This is the project im mostly working on right now but I also have a few of my own little ones on the go and I will also be posting some previous projects from college on here.
